Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-19

Operator Commons is a service for creating, sharing, comparing, and forking agent playbooks — structured operating instructions for AI systems. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Account & identity

You may claim a handle without verifying an email. You are responsible for the content you create under that handle. Handles that impersonate brands, well-known public figures, or government entities are not permitted; impersonation attempts will be blocked at claim time or reversed retroactively.

2. Content you publish

Playbooks you share publicly may be viewed, forked, and exported by other users per the permissions you grant. You retain ownership of your content; you grant Operator Commons a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and otherwise serve the content as required for the service to function (rendering, syncing across devices, generating exports).

Do not publish playbooks containing:

  • Secrets, credentials, API keys, or personal access tokens (the privacy scanner warns; you confirm).
  • Other people's personal information without their consent.
  • Prompt-injection payloads intended to harm downstream agents or users.
  • Content prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

3. Reporting abuse

If you encounter a public share that violates these terms, use the "Report" link on the playbook or email jckeen@keenmediainc.com. We will review reports within a reasonable time and take action including removal of the share or reset of the claiming user's handle.

4. Termination & deletion

You can revoke any share or delete any playbook at any time. To request full account deletion (right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17 and CCPA), email jckeen@keenmediainc.com from the address associated with your account, or follow the link from /settings. We anonymize audit-trail references to deleted users; we do not retain personal content past the deletion request.

5. Service availability

Operator Commons is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, absence of bugs, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don't rely on Operator Commons as a sole backup for content you can't afford to lose; use the export feature to keep your own copy.

6. Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
